All ticket purchases for events organized by Nihon Nomise are considered final. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws or in the case of a canceled event officially announced by us, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Tickets may only be transferred to another individual through official channels provided by Nihon Nomise. Tickets purchased or resold through unauthorized third-party platforms are not guaranteed to be valid and may result in denied entry.
• Event management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals whose conduct is considered disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of event policies. This includes the use of abusive language, unsafe behavior, or refusal to comply with event regulations.
• For entry verification, attendees may be required to present a valid form of identification that matches the name used during registration.
• Event wristbands or badges must be worn at all times while inside the event venue. Lost badges or wristbands may be subject to replacement fees based on the current ticket price.

Cosplay and Prop Policy:

To maintain safety and comfort for all participants, the following guidelines apply:

• All cosplay props must be inspected at designated Prop Check stations before entering the event area.
• Functional weapons, live steel items, projectile weapons, or realistic firearms are strictly prohibited.
• Costumes must comply with applicable local decency regulations.
• Our events uphold the principle "Cosplay is Not Consent." Always ask for permission before taking photos or videos of other attendees.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and all related event materials, including branding, designs, graphics, videos, photographs, and written content, are the intellectual property of Nihon Nomise.

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website design elements, text, images, audio, and visual materials (collectively referred to as the "Content") as well as trademarks, logos, and service marks (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by Nihon Nomise.
